SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will ship within 2-4 business days after order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
We calculate shipping cost based on the weight of package and distance from our fulfillment center.
We offer free shipping to the US and Puerto Rico on orders $100+. Free shipping will be applied to your order upon entering the promotional code HERLSELF at check out. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
We currently ship with UPS and USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
While our current shipping services are exclusively available within the United States, we are actively in the process of establishing a second online store situated in Germany to cater to customers in the European Union. Our commitment to sustainable practices extends to our global reach, and the German store will feature a distinct array of products from small EU brands and artisans that are aligned with the same principles as the products we feature from our U.S. brands and partners. We are dedicated to supporting local brands and minimizing carbon emissions throughout our operations.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.
Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
RETURNS
At The Earth Herself we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email hello@theearthherself.com with your name and order number, stating why you wish to return your purchase. We will reply with detailed instructions and the return address.
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit. Just causes for returns include damaged items or incorrect orders. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@theearthherself.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods. After 72 hours, we offer store credit only. Please include photos of the damaged product.
Please note that exchanges or refunds will only be given if the item is unused with all labels intact and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.
